Privacy
The controller is vaibe.code UG (haftungsbeschränkt), identified above. Hetzner hosts this website. Requests generate technical connection and server log data. The technically necessary craft-locale cookie stores your language choice. Embedded apps may store files and settings locally in your browser; files can be exported locally.
For Craft accounts, our own Supabase instance on Hetzner processes email addresses, authentication and session data. Paid cloud storage processes uploaded files, names, sizes and plan data. Stripe processes payment, billing and tax information. This website does not automatically upload app files to Craft Cloud Locker.
Terms
Each app is governed by its open-source licenses. Paid plans cover cloud storage only: individual Office apps 1 GB, individual Creative apps 3 GB, Office Suite 5 GB, Creative Suite 15 GB and Complete Suite 25 GB. Monthly prices include VAT. Stripe handles billing. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled in the customer portal at the end of the current billing period. Manual Cloud Locker uploads are limited to 100 MB per file. App use and downloads after sign-in require no paid subscription.
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to moin@vaibe-code.de or the address above. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. We refund payments through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the statement.
